Cascade Gardens Open!

CASCADE GARDENS – 2017 FALL OPENING

Cascade Gardens is getting ready to open up for their September session where they will be show casing their home grown Mums and Pumpkins! They will have all their usual Fall Fare but the Mums & Pumpkins are the “main event.” Both are grown locally right at Cascade Gardens!

The mums are healthy, sturdy, colorful, and ready to head for your front porch, driveway, or where ever you’d like to add floral artistry to your home. JoEllen and Junior Gehring have been home growing these popular flowers/plants for the last few years and, as their repeat customers know, they’re pretty good at it.

So come on out and make Mom or Grandma happy (or yourself) and get in on this fall’s “Mum and Pumpkin” experience – one drive through Fairbury in a week or so will show you just how popular these colorful additions have become and the visual reasoning will be self-evident.

JoEllen is planning on opening Friday September 1st but don’t be surprised if she doesn’t beat that by a day or two – she’s working hard to get it all ready. And, something to look forward to, there’s a new food trailer in the area called the Cilantro & Lime that specializes in over the counter Mexican cuisine and it’s going to be at Cascade Gardens on Saturday, September 16th starting at 11:00 am – you can shop and dine, or snack, all in the same stop.

All in all the fall season is the favorite for a lot of folks when it comes to plant life décor and Cascade Gardens can provide you with what it takes to do just that.
