FAIRBURY, IL – Annual Cash Bash and Draw Down Fundraiser – Indian Creek Country Club is the place to be on Saturday, March 19th. Starting at 6:00 that evening and going until probably 1:00 am, they have a line-up of festivities that is filled with a nice meal, banquet style, a cash bash draw down that the other half of your event ticket will be in, and a live band that will get your feet tapping and very likely dancing before all is said and done. It’s a great evening of entertainment that has its share of excitement with the main event of drawing ticket stubs that will finish with the final draw awarding some lucky ticket holder $4,000 – how would that be for getting the most bang for your buck? Not bad eh, and, even if you don’t connect on the big prize know that one in ten will at least win their money back. For everyone though, the meal, the band, and the camaraderie makes for a very nice evening out – the ticket is for two so get your partner and come on out for a good time. Here are the details:
Indian Creek Country Club – about a mile south from Route 24 on Seventh Street. It’s in the banquet hall upstairs which has its own kitchen and bar but the bar and kitchen in the lounge will be open as well. The upstairs opens at 6:00 pm and the meal will be ready. The banquet line up includes Pulled Pork, Pork Loins, Italian Beef, and all the fixings. Your ticket includes pop, wine, and beer until the draw down endsThe band is “Jury’s Out” and they will be playing from 9:00 until closing
Tickets are $100 each and includes all the above for two people.
At specific intervals the drawing procedure will pull a number of tickets for cash awards and in the last sequence the grand prize will be the final draw.
Tickets can be purchased (need to do it in advance) at the Club anytime or, from any of the Board Members.
