Fairbury’s place to go for cool treats and hot eats has it’s own “winter blizzard” on the radar with a special slated for February 16th to February 28th. During those last two weeks of February if you buy one blizzard at the regular price you can get another one of equal or lesser value for just $.99 – now that’s a deal for the family that likes blizzards or, any fan from just one to many. This local palace of tempting treats has an endless menu of blizzards and there is a DQ Team there all week long just waiting to fix you a couple three so go take advantage, especially if you’re a fan of these blended flavor gems and, if you’re not a fan, go try it – you might turn into one.
Of course there are a ka-jillion other things in the Dairy Queen’s repertoire that can easily fill up a tray with good stuff and its a great quick escape from the kitchen at home – the only tough part is deciding what you want. Located on Route 24 just a block west of Fairbury’s only stop light they’re open seven days a week with easy parking, a comfortable dining area, or, if you’re not feeling up to public appearances they have a drive through that will get you what you want and on your way in no time. It’s a nice change from routine for lunch or dinner or anything in between and you can cash in on those $.99 blizzards so mark it on your calendar, the last half of February, and make yourself happy.
