The GFWC Illinois Fairbury Woman's Club will honor Phyllis Eilers for her many years of volunteer service to our community. The public is invited and encouraged to attend the presentation at 6:30pm. A private supper will be held prior to that time for Phyllis, her family and all past COTY's.
