Lost in Time Restaurant – Hog Roast and Wild Game Feed – here comes another of Sally’s special dinner events that has already been successfully introduced to the dining public over the last couple of years. The Lost int Time Crew will be serving a “roast hog” provided by Twin Oaks Meats (well known for their quality) and prepared by Jon Freed from Vermillion Valley Meats who is anything but a novice when it comes to this pork fest cookery.
Saturday, November 5th, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm is the date and you’ll need a ticket(s) which can be purchased at the restaurant located at 200 East Locust St. (on the northeast corner of Locust and Fourth Streets). You can give them a call at 815-692-2100 or, stop in for a great breakfast or lunch (dinner on Monday evenings) and purchase your ticket(s) to an adventure in dining. The dinner will be held in their alternate location, the old Weber Plumbing building, just down the street from the primary restaurant, at 208 East Locust Street and you can look forward to the pork, two wild game entrees, salad, dinner roll, dessert, and beverage (non-alcohol). These dinners have been a real hit with the attendees and the experienced friendly staff gives everyone a reason to smile and enjoy.
Come on up and have yourself an excellent full course dinner, prepared by people who know what they’re doing, and served just the way you want it. You can relax and let the Lost in Time Staff take care of you – it makes for a great “date night” and, no matter the reason for being there, its an experience worth having
