SPECIALTY SHOPS OF FAIRBURY WEEK-END EXTRAVAGANZA – the week-end of April 29th & 30th is a big one in Fairbury; there’s the All Town Garage Sale, the FALS Dirt Car Spring Nationals Street Stock Special, the Friends of Dominy Library Annual Book Sale, AND – The Specialty Shops of Fairbury “$2 Hunt for Treasures” event. As you make your way around to the Library and the Garage Sales you will also find a whole host of Special Interest Specialty Shops and Businesses that Fairbury has become renown for.
This tireless group of intriguing idea generators have gained a reputation for providing their customers with goods and services that are both inside and outside “the box” and user friendly. They are ingenious at making big week-ends even bigger and better and this one is no exception. Innovating with the theme created by the special sales that will be in progress in the garages around town and the book sale at the Library, the Shops will be having their own “in house” specials that is headlined with a variety of $2 tag bargain items that will be integrated throughout their merchandise arrangements.
These unique goods and service businesses extend from just east of Fairbury to just west of Fairbury on Route 24 with a whole lot of locations in between. They offer a great variety of shopping, both in special and standard categories, that can finish off just about anyone’s list of needs and wants while offering a browsing opportunity to discover new interests for your recreation and comfort. Of course these Specialty Shops are available on a regular schedule so you don’t have to wait for the last Friday and Saturday of April but, that will be a week-end extravaganza that’s going to have a lot of fun, excitement, and bargains for all – it’s going to be a good time to go make it happen for you and yours.
