Afternoon with Fairbury Historian

FRIENDS OF THE DOMINY LIBRARY PRESENTS LOCAL AUTHOR

Fairbury, IL – The Friends of the Dominy Library presents an afternoon with Fairbury author and historian Dale C. Maley on Saturday, January 16th, at 3pm in the White Community Room of the Dominy Memorial Library.
Dale C. Maley has written several books about Fairbury ranging in topics from the early pioneers who settled and converted the swampy prairie into productive farms, to Fairbury’s connection with the Chicago Columbian Exposition, other famous authors from the community and the darker side of the quaint small town we know today.
There will be a Q&A with the author and refreshments following the program. Everyone is invited to this free event.
