CHINA KITCHEN – Fairbury’s own “Gateway to the Orient” for Mandarin cuisine that is served buffet style and is diversified with a dash of domestic dishes that makes it a delicious and balanced alternative to standard fare.
On the middle Wednesday of each month the China Kitchen also prepares a Surprise Buffet item that presents an interesting change from its usual arrangement, and this event has proven to be quite popular. Wednesday, January 18th, is this month’s edition and comes highly recommended for the “something different” diversion that most diners enjoy.
The Orient is often described as “mysterious” but, there is nothing mysterious about this family owned and operated eating establishment from the friendly and gracious folks that run it to the cold and hot buffet dishes that are prepared with the expertise drawn from a vast experience in the art of doing so. Come on up and enjoy the alternative to “steak and potatoes” at the China Kitchen.
