They have a staff that is personable\, encouraging and knowledgeable in the science of physical workouts designed for the female enthusiast looking for relief from insufficient exercise. The machines are easy to use\, the working atmosphere is comfortable and the facility is easy to get to (the business section of Main Street [Locust] in Fairbury) and you can get as much help as you need to get on track to get in shape and stay there. \nYou won’t be obligated for any long term contracts of membership\, you can sign up for one month at a time and the Center is extending an offer it started last month which provides a relaxing 15 minute massage for the reduced price of $15. This is available to all members on the first Monday of the month – February’s will be on the 2nd. What could be better\, you go and do your work-out routine and then get the kinks worked out with an expert massage that will put everything right – you can’t go wrong. So\, come on Ladies\, this facility is customized for you so why not make it work for you – it will if you want it to. The only requirements are the ones you set\, so get yourself a membership and use it with the frequency that best fits your needs. \nTheir morning hours of operation are M-W-F 6am to 1pm\, T & TH 7am to 1pm – Sat 7am to 9am – afternoons are M thru Th 3:30pm to 6pm.
