Its a comfortable atmosphere\, easy to use\, and conveniently located so what are you waiting for – take that next step to feeling good about yourself and let these folks introduce you to a routine that will get that done. \nAs an added incentive to you procrastinators the Sunshine Fitness Center is offering a special membership program whereby you join for two months and you get a third month’s membership for free. \nThey have an additional “plus” with a new program that offers a 15 minute massage for members for the reduced price of $15 on the first Monday of each month.  So\, on those designated Monday’s you can do your work-out and then relax with a nice massage to remove the kinks that inevitably build up on all of us or\, just stop in for the massage – how can you go wrong? Go on Ladies\, this is customized for you so why not make it work for you – it will if you want it to. \nThere aren’t any contracts involved\, you can sign up a month at a time (except for the special with three months for two) and use the membership with your own desired frequency. DESCRIPTION:The Country Cupboard of Fairbury has put together a “special day” to present to their customers an array of gluten free products\, recipes\, and samples. For you folks with allergies who need the gluten free product base or\, for those of you who just want to use grain products that are minus this sometimes troublesome protein\, come on out to the store and see what today’s creativeness has done to make your life easier. The Country Cupboard is located about two miles east of Fairbury on Route 24 on the north side of the road at 24479 E 800 North Road – its the biggest building out there in those flat lands before you get to the curves so look for the sign and you can’t miss it. This special day for gluten free awareness is on the calendar for Saturday\, January 24th and their hours are 8am to 4pm so if you want to see what’s available\, maybe taste a sample(s)\, and pick up some recipes\, then the Country Cupboard is your place to be on that Saturday. \nOf course\, this innovative energetic team of owner/operators has a vast assortment of foods\, candies\, gadgets\, seasonings\, and deli products that tempt most of us beyond resistance and it’s a great store to browse through for ideas and\, for that special grocery list that a lot of us have. Their deli\, which offers antibiotic and hormone free meat and eggs\, can fix you a sandwich if you’d like a delicious lunch to go with the visit – they also can package up the meat and cheese of your choice for your use at home and they’ve got some really good stuff that will turn your refrigerator into an exciting place to visit for lunch and snacks. \nYou don’t have to wait to go check them out though\, they’re open 8am to 5:30pm M-T-W-F\, 8am to 6pm Th. and 8am to 4pm on Sat. – they’re friendly\, helpful and they know their way around food stuffs so give them a “look-see”.
