Maley has written several books about Fairbury ranging in topics from the early pioneers who settled and converted the swampy prairie into productive farms\, to Fairbury’s connection with the Chicago Columbian Exposition\, other famous authors from the community and the darker side of the quaint small town we know today.\nThere will be a Q&A with the author and refreshments following the program.
