The Dairy Queen – Fairbury’s own Institution of Cool Treats and Hot Eats has another one of their “customer appreciation” special doings on the calendar which will give all of us fans a little extra enjoyment in the “be good to yourself” visits to this “Queen of the Dairy Products” Parlor. The Dairy Queen has a great line up of menu items that stretches across the landscape of tasteful enjoyment, from variations of ice cream fantasies to hot meal assemblies that can appease just about every appetite’s demand. Every so often they also put a “little extra” into the fun of satisfying cravings with special offers that are designed to make their customers even happier with their palatial endeavors and our local store has just such an event on the docket for Monday, March 16th.
From start to finish on that day you can get a free small vanilla ice cream cone and, no purchase is necessary – it’s just part of an ongoing program that the Dairy Queen has that says “Thank-you” to their customers. Fairbury’s Dairy Queen is located at 411 West Oak Street (Rte. 24 – 2 blocks west of the First Street Traffic Light) and they have plenty of parking, a comfortable dining area and a drive through service that let’s you pick up what you need without ever getting out of the vehicle. They’ve got three convenient driveways in and out and a friendly staff that’s just waiting to fill your order so give it to them – these rewards are self evident!
